ZIPPO/CASE MUSEUM CALLING ON LOCAL MAKERS FOR JULY 19 EVENT
‘Made in Bradford 2025’ To Showcase Local Artisans
BRADFORD, PA – February 17, 2025 - The Zippo/Case Museum & Flagship Store is accepting applications from Bradford-area makers and artisans for free booth space for the upcoming “Made in Bradford 2025” celebration scheduled for Saturday, July 19th, 2025, from 10 am-4 pm. The event will be held rain or shine on the museum grounds.
This year’s event will again celebrate the rich local history of Zippo and Case, and the shared spirit, inspiration and entrepreneurialism found among our local creatives in and around Bradford.
The “Made in Bradford 2025” celebration will feature exclusive collectible Zippo and Case products, onsite food and beverage vendors, musical entertainment, a Maker’s tent with areas dedicated to Zippo lighter and Case knife swapping, and other family-friendly activities. A large exhibition space, featuring the many skilled craftspeople and artisans of Bradford, will be underway throughout the day.
“As the Made in Bradford events have seen continued growth through the years, it has served as a beacon of pride that’s shared among our own employees. Last year’s event hosted an eclectic mix of talent from our creative community in and around Bradford. We’re thrilled to be able to extend this opportunity to new and returning makers again this year,” said Halley Burnett, Associate Community Manager for the Case Collectors Club.
Maker booth applications are now available at the Zippo/Case Museum; applicants must be crafting their products from within the Bradford community to participate. Maker booths will be situated under a large tent on the Zippo/Case Museum grounds, each equipped with an 8-foot table and two chairs. Special accommodations should be noted on maker applications. Applications must be completed and returned to the Zippo/Case Museum, either in person or by e-mail, to events@caseknives.com by May 31, 2025.
Applications are now also being accepted for Zippo and Case collectors to reserve space for knife swapping inside the Makers tent. Those interested can apply online by visiting caseknives.com/pages/case-knives-events; printed applications are also available at the Zippo/Case Museum.
