Case products are produced with quality and integrity.   Our knives are handmade and we often use natural materials; which may have slight variations in color and texture, making each knife unique.

We want you to be happy with your Case purchase. We feel so strongly about our products that we will pay the return postage if you are not satisfied. Please complete the form below, submit it to us, and we'll send you a prepaid shipping label to return your product.    

Before completing the form below, please note the following:  

  • Offer valid for products returned within 30 days of the order shipment date.
  • Offer valid for items purchased on
  • Returns are not accepted for personalized knives. 
  • Merchandise returned for credit must be complete, in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
  • Items returned with a value of $250 or more may be subject to a restocking fee of $25, at Case’s discretion.
  • Please include the order number on the outside and inside of the package.
