Our Shipping Policy
Due to circumstances resulting from the COVID-19 situation, shipping may be delayed.
We want to get our knives in your hands as quickly as possible. So, we work hard to efficiently process and ship your order to you. Here are the details:
- Engraved Orders for orders that include custom engraving, your order will be shipped via the chosen shipping method below AFTER the item(s) have been manufactured which takes 3-5 additional days. Some exceptions may apply.
- Standard shipping is free of charge for orders of $75 or more (excludes sales tax and eGift Cards). For orders under $75 there is a charge of $6.95 for shipping. Your order should be processed and shipped within 2–3 business days and will be shipped via standard ground delivery. Some exceptions may apply.
- 2nd Day Air shipping is available unless your order includes hazmat products such as honing oil that must ship via ground shipping. Expedited shipping is processed after your credit card has been approved. Expedited orders are generally processed and shipped within 2 business days and will ship using UPS 2nd Day Air, some exceptions may apply.
- Next Day Air shipping is available unless your order includes hazmat products such as honing oil that must ship via ground shipping. Overnight shipping is processed after your credit card has been approved. Next Day Air orders are generally processed and shipped the next business day after the order was received and will ship using UPS Next Day Air, some exceptions may apply.
- You will receive an email when you order ships that will include a tracking number. Please refer to that tracking link to see when your package will arrive from the carrier.
- Unfortunately, we don't accept orders from outside the U.S. or ship product to countries outside the U.S.
Our Returns Policy
Case products are produced with quality and integrity. Our knives are handmade and we often use natural materials; which may have slight variations in color and texture, making each knife unique.
If you feel the need to return an item you have purchased on our website, we will gladly process your return and will even pay the return postage! Please complete the new merchandise return form, submit it to us, and we'll send you a prepaid shipping label to return your product. Merchandise returned for a refund must be in new, unused condition.
Please note the following:
- Offer valid for products returned within 30 days of the order shipment date.
- Offer valid for items purchased on caseknives.com.
- Returns are not accepted for personalized knives.
- Merchandise returned for a refund must be complete, in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
- Items returned with a value of $250 or more may be subject to a restocking fee of $25, at Case’s discretion.
